Troop Family Ski Trip: March 26-28, 2010

  • $89.99 per person
  • This includes 2 nights in the bunkhouse, 2 days lift tickets, 2 days ski rental, one ski lesson and 5 meals
  • This is for the entire family.  Boys who wish to attend without any family members must have another family adopt them for the weekend
  • $45 per person deposit is due to MT Sermania by December 14th

2010 Summer Camp - Camp Ottari, Hiwassee, VA: July 18-24, 2010

  • Adult Trip Leaders: Andy Chapman & Jeff Layne
  • This summer we will be returning to Camp Ottari in the Blue Ridge Mountain Council for our annual week long Summer Camp. Ottari is a dining hall camp and the scouts will sleep in two man tents, on cots. Physicals will be completed in April. Camp Ottari offers Eagle required merit badges including Swimming, Lifesaving, Camping, Emergency Preparedness, Environmental Science and Communications. Also offered is BSA Lifeguard. First and second year scouts will meet with ASM to plan merit badges. For older scouts a Mountain Man program, Claytor Lake Aquatics and Fish Campare available.

Service Hours Approval Form

  • Complete this form if you're interested in earning service hours for advancement outside of normal Troop or Eagle service activities (e.g., church, community, etc.).  This must be approved prior to earning the external service hours.

Annual Medical Form

  • Parts A & C are required annually by all Troop members.
  • Part B is also required for any event that exceeds 72 consecutive hours, a resident camp setting, or when the nature of the activity is strenuous and demanding, such as service projects, work weekends, or high-adventure treks for activities requiring light to moderate exertion
