Permission Slips
National Jamboree Weekend - July 30-August 1
- We will be leaving Friday night and traveling to the Upshaw farm to camp approx 30 min from Ft AP Hill. Saturday we will have a quick breakfast and arrive at Jamboree NLT 7:30am. We will depart Jamboree approx 4pm and return to Upshaw farm. After breakfast Sunday morning we will return to Chesapeake.

Service Hours Approval Form
- Complete this form if you're interested in earning service hours for advancement outside of normal Troop or Eagle service activities (e.g., church, community, etc.). This must be approved prior to earning the external service hours.

- Parts A & C are required annually by all Troop members.
- Part B is also required for any event that exceeds 72 consecutive hours, a resident camp setting, or when the nature of the activity is strenuous and demanding, such as service projects, work weekends, or high-adventure treks for activities requiring light to moderate exertion
