Check the T57 website for summer camp checklists – foot locker required. Olmsted is a dining hall camp. The scouts sleep in two man tents, on cots on top of platforms. Physicals will be completed on Thursday February 21 and March 20 from 6 to 8 pm at GBPC.
Camp Olmsted offers Eagle required merit badges including Swimming, Lifesaving, Camping, Emergency Preparedness and Environmental Science. Also offered is BSA Lifeguard. Go to the Camp Olmsted website for all the Merit Badges at www.boyscouts-ncac.org/pages/179_camp_olmsted.cfm.
